Pull invoices from your top three suppliers, last 12 months. Average sqft cost vs. what your quote system uses. Update the delta.

If you gave raises this year, your loaded hourly cost is up 8-12%. Has your sqft pricing reflected that? Probably not.

Adhesives, polishing wheels, abrasive — track per-job cost. We see 15-20% creep in consumables YoY that no one accounts for.

Time five linear feet of each profile this month. Has your team gotten faster? Slower? Adjust accordingly.

Run this review every October. Build it into the calendar. Margin discipline is what separates shops that grow from shops that just survive.
