Role-Based Team Management

Remnant Finder’s team management system gives every team member their own account with role-based permissions. Three roles are available:

• Owner: Full access to everything — billing, settings, team management, all data
• Admin: Full operational access — can manage clients, projects, quotes, scheduling, and team members
• Member: Customizable access — see only what they need for their role

Granular Permissions by Category

For team members, you can control access at a granular level across 10 permission categories:

• Quotes: Can they create, view, edit, or send quotes?
• Orders: Can they manage orders and track fulfillment?
• Projects: Can they access the project pipeline and kanban board?
• Pieces: Can they add, edit, or delete inventory items?
• Calendar: Can they view and manage the schedule?
• Clients: Can they access client information and contacts?
• Team: Can they invite or manage other team members?
• Settings: Can they change company settings?
• Billing: Can they view invoices and financial data?
• Analytics: Can they access reports and dashboards?

This means your installer can check the schedule and view project details without accidentally seeing your profit margins. Your office manager can manage clients and send quotes without accessing billing settings.

Easy Team Invitations

Adding team members takes seconds:

1. Go to Settings → Team
2. Tap Invite Member
3. Enter their email and select a role
4. They receive an invitation email with a link to join

The invitation is tied to your company. When they accept, they automatically see your company’s data based on their permissions.

Audit Trail

Every action by every team member is tracked in the activity log. Know exactly who created a quote, who changed a project status, who updated a price. Full accountability without micromanagement.
