1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Remnant Finder, a comprehensive business management platform designed specifically for stone countertop fabricators and installers. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", "you") and Remnant Finder LLC ("Remnant Finder", "we", "us").

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Remnant Finder mobile application, web application, API services, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Política de privacidade.

6. Data Ownership and Security

You retain all ownership rights to your Customer Data (client information, drawings, quotes, invoices, photos, documents, etc.). We do not claim any ownership over your data and will not sell, trade, or monetize it.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service. We implement industry-standard security: TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure, and PCI DSS compliant payment processing via Stripe.

In the event of a data breach, we will notify you within 72 hours. You may export all data at any time in JSON, CSV, or PDF format.

7. AI Recursos

Remnant Finder uses AI for quote automation, lead scoring, material identification, and predictive analytics. AI models are trained on aggregated, anonymized data. You may opt out of contributing data for AI training in your privacy settings.

Important: AI-generated outputs are estimates only. You are responsible for verifying all AI results before use. AI should supplement, not replace, professional judgment.

Remnant Finder, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Remnant Finder LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Before initiating arbitration, you agree to attempt resolution through our internal grievance process by contacting legal@remnantfinderapp.com.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay subscription fees, or upon 30 days' written notice for any reason. Upon termination, you may export your data within 90 days.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms with at least 30 days' notice via email and in-app notification. Material changes require your affirmative acceptance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
